Registration Procedure

New students: After receiving notification of acceptance by letter and/or e-mail, students who apply before October for the first semester of the following year, will receive a postal registration form. All other applicants will have to register in person at the office of the Faculty Secretary, Mr Minnaar Pienaar.

Doctoral applications are only finalised after Senate approval, and applicants will be duly informed of the outcome.

Current students should register at the start of each year, either by post, on-line or in person at the office of the faculty secretary, Mr Minnaar Pienaar.

Students who failed to show progress in the previous year, will not be allowed to re-register (please see the Faculty Calendar)

Following successful registration, all students should complete departmental in-house registration forms, where applicable, in order to keep contact information up to date, and if so required by the department. Students taking subject modules should indicate their choice of modules for the year on this registration form.
